FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Starting The Forge School after 20+ years of teaching and leadership experience, Mrs. Tuttle helped lead schools in California and Seattle before coming to Nashville to serve as the Director of Social Emotional Learning for Metro Nashville Public Schools.
Mrs. Tuttle is passionate about building community and the future outcomes of Nashville students.

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS AND OPERATIONS
Derrick is a creative and passionate educator with over 16 years of experience in education with a specialty in human behavior, community engagement, development, and systems design.
During that time, Derrick has served as Positive Schools Supports Coordinator, SEL Coordinator, and various other roles for Metro Nashville Public Schools. Additionally, he has also served as the COO for Communities In Schools of Tennessee.
